Olga Soby Art

Artist Olga Soby Hello, my artistic friends and welcome to all those who are new to this website! My name is Olga Soby, I'm an artist, yoga, traveler, blogger, and the biggest life enthusiast.

Look at this world through the eyes of the artist, and you will never want to see it any other way.

A lot of you, my dear readers, have been asking me to post more of my paintings. I know it has been quite random throughout my website and my social media accounts. So finally, this page is dedicated exclusively to my art.

My art journey has begun when I was just over 18 years old. I started relatively late (although now I'm absolutely convinced that it's never too late) as an amateur painter. But pretty soon my hobby has turned into a big passion. I kept learning, practicing, experimenting and exploring. And now, I have something to share with the world.

Unfortunately, during the most of my art journey, I didn't care about keeping a digital copy of my art, which is why here you are going to see mostly my recent paintings. But I promise to keep it up-to-date and to add all the new artworks and collections. So make sure to stay posted 🙂

Art is a way to explore the world around me. It's a way to admire, to empathize, and to love. It's a way home.

Please, check out these two collections:

I’d love to see more artworks by you 🙂 Are you planning on creating other collections? I’m already subscribed and definitely wanna stay tuned for your ideas and expressions! By the way, great website, I’m an acrylic painting beginner, and wow you have a lot of useful information!!! Thanks!

    • Hi Linda, thank you so much for your comment and such a nice feedback! I’m always happy to hear from other artists, and also always ready to help, so feel free to contact me if you ever have any question regarding the painting process!
I’m definitely planning to create more collections and actually working on some right now 🙂

I love the Flow of Emotions collection! Some of your artworks look like pieces of those beautiful rock formations that have layers and layers of color!

I like how you dedicated this one page to your artwork and would love to see more. They all look how earth formations would look to me as I travel around and love to go hiking. How are you inspired when you make these pieces?

    • Olga says:

Hi Traci, thank you so much! There are numerous sources of inspiration, but for me mostly it’s a beauty of nature and different cultures, mythology, and philosophy.

    Hi Olga,
It’s a pleasure visiting your website! I love the design of it and really like that you are getting your artwork online for folks to enjoy.
I personally like both collections, probably feel a little more connected to Flow of Emotions although I would be hard pressed to tell you why. They just speak to me a bit more. Your use of colors is brilliant.
I received my BA degree in fine arts but it was 25 years ago. I have started doing art somewhat over the last few years and while I have dabbled in acrylics (my favorite) I do most collage work as my time is limited. You are inspiring me to do more.
    Great work,
    Mat A.

Hi Mat, thank you so much for this comment and for feedback on my Flow of Emotions! It’s such a pleasure to hear that some of my paintings speak to you and inspire you. You should definitely get back to painting – once an artist always an artist haha! 🙂

      Cheers!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the colorfulness and the aliveness the appearance this website has.

It’s very pleasing to my eyes.

I also like that the homepage gets right into who you are and what your site is about. Very important to establish premise and trust with readers/traffic/potential customers.

Really do love your site, it caught my eye out of the art sites I’ve seen so far. Thank you for standing out.
