Flow Art Collection

For me, Flow Art is a way to implement my ideas, the beauty of colors, and a natural flow of things in life. It's an art of letting go and simply enjoying the process of creation. It's an expressive way to reveal the inner knowledge in abstraction.

The technique I'm using to create these pictures is fairly modern, however, it awakens some ancient instincts and sensations hidden in the symbolism of colors, shapes, and images.

I absolutely love this collection. Every single one of them awakens different feelings deep inside! My favorites are “Burning Meteorite” and “Golden Flame”! I think I’ll buy one of them if they still available. Hope collection will grow with the time))
    Thank you for alive art!

I absolutely love this collection. I’m transported into deep space thanks to Burning Meteorite! Wow, amazing.

Some of the other pieces remind me of cut and polished agate. I don’t know how you manage to create such organic, full of life paintings! I also appreciate how you as the artist share you interpretation of each painting.

When you start out painting, do you say to yourself “I want to create something that represents “pure energy, the sun and the power of Yang”? Or do you just paint, and then let the painting tell you what it represents?

    Really great stuff…keep it up!!!!

Hi there, thanks a lot for your comment and interest in my paintings! I’m really happy to hear that you love it 🙂

For the most, I have certain ideas that move me, and I’m choosing colors, combinations, and technique according to these ideas. For instance, in the Golden Flame painting, that represents pure energy, the sun and the power of Yang, I’ve chosen 3 shades of golden color and many shades of yellow and brown on the black background that refers to the Sun and Yang. And the technique that I’ve used is showing my imagination of energy flow and internal flame.

And sometimes I just let the painting decide what it wants to be:))) Flow art can be quite unpredictable and that is the beauty of it – each painting is absolutely unique!

    Olga,

You artwork is beautiful. Love the Silver Symphony. Before I read the caption, I knew there was some feminine energy in there. I could feel it. That is the mark of true art. My future home will have a modern look and these will fit right in. How long have you been working in this medium and how long has it been around?

    • Olga says:

Hi Jacqueline, thank you so much! it is such a pleasure to hear that the meaning I wanted to put into this painting is readable and speaks for itself!

I have been working with this medium in flowing and pouring technique for a little over 6 months. And with acrylics in general for over 7 years. Poring medium has been around for like 5 years, but it has gained a huge popularity within the last year or two. And I’m really enjoying it, it’s like a dynamic meditation!

Your artwork is amazing! Many of these paintings evoke a feeling of movement and liquidity. Others have a very organic feeling and even have a dream-like to me. One of my favorite pieces in this collection is the first one pictured. To me, it resembles a microscopic view of plant tissue, and it has a wonderful sense of growth.
